I started nins a couple of years ago at my parents’ kitchen table, sewing every bag by hand. Eventually I got a machine, but I still make each one myself, here in Montréal.
All my materials are deadstock I get from factories, leftovers nobody was going to use. So the fabric changes all the time and every bag is a limited run. When one’s gone, it’s gone.
Small batches and upcycled materials, that’s kind of the whole point.
