- Delivery
- Pickup in Montréal is free. Hand delivery by the CEO is 40 CAD and shipping is a flat 10 CAD, both in Montréal or Ottawa only. We don't deliver anywhere else yet. Orders are limited to 2 bags at a time; come back for more after you check out.
- Returns
- Every bag is one of a kind and made by hand. If it's unused, you can return it within 14 days. Just write to nina@ninsthings.co and we'll sort it out.
- Payment
- Stripe handles payment (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), so we never see or store your card details.
